full size spare tire in Type44

Hi there!

I still don't get it. I have a full size spare (by the way, its rim is
7,5 x 15) AND a flat trunk floor. Of course there is the step at the
rear seats for the fuel tank, but otherwise it is as flat as it gets.
Still = ?
