Problems..help required

took the new car for it's MOT today ('93 V6 80 (90 in
the states) quattro)

Failed on front wishbone bushes and emissions

I assume the bushes are mechanically the same as on
the older cars, any ideas about torque settings? Also
what about a source for the bushes?..Audi?...G&S etc?

the emissions are a bit strange

fast idle test

CO% (range 0.00-0.30%) reading 0.5%
HC ppm (range 0-200ppm) reading 45ppm
Lamda (range 0.970-1.030) reading 1.018

I know one of the cats is dead and would have thought
this would have pushed HC up and lowered CO. 

Any ideas welcome. Car has recent plugs and air
filter.
