Prompted me to wonder what sort of hoops (ala S2-import-musings) were 
required to drive this on our fine USofA public roads... The second was
a 
more US-normal Volvo/WhiteGMC rig. Shuttle van looked kind of odd as
well, 
but I was by it too fast to really notice. Oops. >>

I think they get a manufacturer's exemption. The shuttle vans I saw at
Sears Point were VW Eurovans painted up in Audi Sport colors. Looked
pretty much like a Eurovan one can order here in the US. I would imagine
that the drivers get rental cars and the vans are used for ferrying
around team members.
