Hot Coupe Sighting

I was on my way to work this thriving fast-food metropolis I call Federal
Way, WA when I spotted a VERY hot looking coupe quattro.  It was
Arrest-Me-Red with aftermarket (Erubeni?) ground effects, tall spoiler, TSW
EVO wheels and Oregon plates.  Also sounded like an aftermarket muffler.
Very nicely done and very aggressive looking.  A lister?
