Bull$$$t. You can bleed them by having an assistant pump the pedal, or
you can buy a $10 cap with an air hose fitting to force compressed air
through the reservoir.

That's the worst price I've ever seen; run away from this guy and don't
go back! And tell us who he is, so none of us go there either. He's
either trying to rip you off, or he doesn't know what he's talking
about.

Bleed them like normal, and you should be fine. You won't get all the
air out pushing on the pedal, but it works OK.
