Dash LCD - diagnostics??

I know in the Golf GTi you could hold in the button
and then start the engine and put it into diagnostic
mode - you'd get instant exact rpm - or somehting like
that... and instant fuel economy etc.

Does the Audi one (year 1991 S2) have something like
this????
