Bentley Manual - US v UK

I am considering investing in a Bentley manual for my Audi 200 Avant but
would first seek the advice  from other listers as to its suitability for a
UK specification vehicle. I've tried contacting Bentley by email (as below)
but they don't seem interested in replying....... perhaps they don't need
the business?

All comments appreciated.

Also, I note from the list that Alldirect.com appear to be the cheapest
source - unfortunately they are not willing to take an order from outside
the US. Anyone suggest a suitable work-around?
