Seat brackets on floor are different. Manual seats use a single center
front bracket, which you will have to cut off to install the power seats.
Power seats mount on right and left front brackets welded to floor pan, and
you'll have to move these to the target car. PITA.
Can be done though, but not a bolt up until the brackets are welded or
brazed into place. Don't burn the car down doing it!
