Distributor Hall sensor part #

I suspect my problem with not starting when hot is the Hall effect sensor 
in the distributor as suggested by list members. My test using an LED (per 
Scott's web page) was inconclusive, but I wanted to try changing the sensor 
anyway to prove the diagnosis one way or the other.
However, my fiche does not give a part number for the sensor. Has anyone 
changed this part and have a part number, source and approximate cost? If 
anyone has a used one for sale I would be interested in that too.
This is for a 1986 5000 CSTQ
