poor running 4kq update

Well, I checked for vacuum leaks as some suggested, but found none.  I 
decided to pull the harness for the 02 sensor.....jackpot......The car almost 
immediately returned to normal, except for a higher idle.  What gives?  The 
02 sensor is about 10k miles old if that.  It's a Bosch unit from Blau.  Any 
ideas before I replace it? I checked the connections where I spliced for the 
harness and they were both good.  Thanks for anymore help.
