5k rack to p/s pump hose

Hello all,

Is it likely that I have a clogged hydraulic hose from
the steering rack to the p/s pump?  I need a new pump
no matter what (I couldn't figure out how to make one
work even though I replaced the two o-rings at the
pressure relief valve).  

Also, I don't like the idea of replacing the rack (at
130k miles) because it's working fine and isn't
leaking at all.
