stroker I5 details?

I heard a few people on this list (Javad?) discussing either parts from a
Eurovan or a whole Eurovan block swap for a jump up to a 2.6 (or
therabouts) liter engine.  My uncle is interested in doing this for a 4kq
he aquired mostly for track duties so anyone out there in q-land that is
either doing this or knows the details (parts/machine work required, etc),
