Amen to all that.  As an estate planning attorney, I have seen this too many
times, including in my own family as well as in my wife's.  All you can do is
offer advice...the rest is up to those who could be (and eventually are
affected).  Subsequent marriage situations are even higher risk of major
complications.  It is not a subject many people like to think about, but we're
all going to go sometime.  So listen to Uncle Mike!  Regards, Tom Donohue
