5000CSTQ Cold Start, Narrowed down, but its kicking my Butt!!!

     I have been chasing a Cold start problem now for awile, 3 years ago
when I got the car It took me 2 weeks to figure out a hot start problem
that turned out to be the check valve on top of the fuel pump. 

Symptoms : Will Start most of the time, But I dont DARE hit the gas
during the first 10 seconds, (kind of sputters), It is NOT ignition, I
have ruled that out.  When the car does stall, after starting it in the
morning I can do one of two things.... 1) wait... and wait... then It
will fire once again after 10 Min (not well, always a chance I have to
go through this a couple times)  OR 2)  Push the thing out the driveway,
coast down the hill, throw it into 2nd gear and pop the clutch (this
ALWAYS works, last resort if I am going to be late for work)  One other
thing I have tried is to insert the "extra fuse" into the fuel pump
relay for 4 seconds 4x... This cycles the cold start Injector.... This
works but doesn't dump enough fuel in to keep it running long enough to
"clear" the fault....  I have a digital Fuel Pressure gauge that I am
going to hook up soon, however getting the proper fittings is no easy
task. (need to make a "T" right off the fuel filter) 

I have cleaned my entire plenum, all the gunk and varnish are gone, and
it operates freely. 

Any Ideas??????
