The code is set up for individual cylinder control, but as I mentioned
in another message, it's buggy. It can lose track of the cylinder
in some circumstances! Whether they ran out of code space or couldn't
get it working properly, I don't know, but when one cylinder knocks,
it marks all as knocking.
