 No, the type 81/85 cars (4Ks/4Kq/CGT) do not have lower engine covers.

 I seem to remember a cardboard cover under the radiator area on my '86 4kq; I believe it was to insure air entering the grill went through the radiator.  Didn't cover the entire engine underbody, such as the oil pan, though.  Might be missing?
Careful driving in such deep snow; you'll pack the front with snow and limit air flow, and the resulting ice might jam up the belts.
