type 44 window relay/electrical ?'s

Greetings,

    I am perplexed...while tracking down  the front passengers window for
reasons of inoperatability I heard a relay click for the drivers window. I
tracked the relay down and lack of better judgement I pulled it. pushed the
drivers window button and nothing. None of my windows worked, nor pwr
mirrors or the sunroof. The bentley reads to pull the #13 relay and check
the thermo fuse. The #13 relay says it is for heated seats. I thoght this
odd but swapped the #13 relay for the adjacent relay of the same part #. I
did not replace the adjacent relay. My windows went down and there they
stay. I am assuming the thermo fuse as gone. but I can't find it. is it in
the relay it's self or else where. Any other solutions that I have not
mentioned?
