200q 20v power problems

I have had a problem with my 20v turbo for a while on and off and I thought
that maybe some of you may be able to help. The problem is that it looses
power at above 1.4 to 1.5 bar as if the ignition is backing off or the boost
is being lost although the gauge will read 1.7 bar. The power will be better
at 3/4 throttle than at full throttle. Any help will be appreciated.
