I have recently experienced intermittent idling and consequently stalling problems. At times, when the engine is warm and the car is started the engine idles erratically (moving between 200 and 1000 RPM). Often, the problem is eliminated by turning off the ignition, waiting a few seconds and then re-starting the car. The stalling occurs usually only after the engine is warm and when the car is idling at a stop when moving very slowly approaching a stop. I can not recall the engine stalling if I lift my foot from the accelerator at higher speeds. The O2 sensor was replaced 6 months ago (less than 3000 miles).

Any ideas? Thanks,

Paul
