H&R Springs for 93-95 90

Hi All,
Although the suspension was way down my list for improvements on my '95 90q,
there is a new set of H&R springs on ebay for my car, they have an opening
bid of $250.00. What are these new? If I bought them, what else would I need
before I could install them. I have a hard time passing up a good deal, is
this one?

P.S. I want to thank everyone for thier input on my overheating problem last
week, after three days in the shop I now have a new water pump and timing
belt (and a few other things) at 46K.
