Quats -
A while ago I posed the question why would my new shocks make the back of my
car 2" higher than before, even after a month of driving. I was told that
the lower spring retainer was inverted. Today I returned to the mechanic who
installed them, who, by the way, was adamently against the idea that the
retainers were installed incorrectly. Once the car was on the lift he looked
underneath and a "well I'll be damned" came from his mouth.
Thanks for the help all who responded.
