Ryan,
Yep, too vague. How is it "failing". Starts blowing hot air after
continued hard use?
Then the heat exchanger is icing up. Have them find out why. Maybe
blocked drainage passages? I blow 'em out with compressed air. You
should see the crud that flys out.
