Robert... you forget. Driving is a DEVINE RIGHT. Doesn't matter if you can't
speak the native language (and therefore can't read the traffic signs,
detour signs, etc). Doesn't matter if your vehicle of choice takes up two
parking spaces. Doesn't matter if you are too young to handle a 3,000+ lb
vehicle, or too old to make quick reactions to the environment. Here in the
US, we all have the god-given, in the bible, written into the Constitution
right to have as many cars as we want. And nobody can tell us how to
maintain them, keep them safe, etc.
