Brake dash light & turn signals

I think your two problems are unrelated. On the brake warning ... have you
checked to see if there is something preventing the e-brake handle from
going fully down? (or perhaps the switch on the e-brake is not working
right). The next culprit is the brake fluid level in the M/C reservoir ...
you say that it started flickering and then came on solid ... perhaps there
is a leak in the system. If that doesn't fix the problem it is probably the
switch on the valve body under the bomb. This may simply be that the switch
has gone bad, or it may be that the pressure from the hyd pump is low.

The problem with the flashing rate on the signals is most likely to be a
ground problem in the right rear bulb mounting plate. This is a very common
problem on the 4k and Coupe models IME. You may notice that all of the
lights on that unit are not as bright as they should be, and that the
flashing rate on the right signals will change as the brakes are applied.
Pull out the plate that holds the bulbs in the lens module and disconnect
the electrical connector. Chances are you'll see some corrosion or signs of
a lot of heat on the connector pins. Clean them up and apply a bit of
contact enhancer (DeoxIt or equiv). Slide the connector mating surfaces a
few times and then apply a layer of di-electric grease on the pins before
finally inserting them into the connector.
