Adjusting Rod "sockets"

Need Help...
Have a '87 5000s Quattro...
Had the 5-speed tranny out & the 2 sockets on the 5 inch adjusting rod
are bad....
Would anyone have these for sale or know a source where I can purchase
the 2 sockets...
