I have a set of 4KQ Ronals, pretty clean, normal for year, with mounted and 
balanced nearly new (3Kmiles) Dunlop Graspic 175-70-14 snows.  All in good 
shape, worked very well last winter.  I paid 100 for the wheels, 190 for the 
tires, and 50 to mount and balance them, plus the time I spent cleaning them 
up.  You pay 225$, plus shipping - can help with delievery in the northeast.
