Gary,

You need:

Engine block frost plug with a water spout,
Both water lines (one supply from the block to the turbo and one return from the
turbo to the cylinder head rad outlet.).
Both oil lines (supply and return to the block as they have different fittings on
the turbo side due to the water connections)

> two oil lines from filter bracket to oil cooler

Not really necessary for a water cooled conversion, you can keep the 2 filter
housing although one filter housing is better on the wallet for oil changes.
Single oil filter housing does use different fittings for the oil cooler lines.
