Odd Audis in UK magazines...

Hi!

I usually go to a local magazine store or 2 where you get to pick up
magazines for 1/2 the normal price. These are usually those British car
tuning magazines like Revs, FastCar and Maxpower. (You know, the ones
where the only mods are bodywork and the engine is still a useless
little 900cc...ugh!... but there are some interesting things in there
sometimes).

Well, last night paging through the one I spotted 2 Audis. I think it
was the Maxpower magazine. It had an '86 Coupe quattro in stonking
bright orange paintwork, some odd bodywork and a 2.2 20-valve turbo
under the hood and I think it was the RS2 motor. The magazine said "S21"
engine, but me thinks that's a typo so either S2 or RS2.

The other car was something from Dialynx. There were 2 small pictures of
the thing. An Audi TT with 2.7 V6 bi-turbo squeezed under the hood.

Anyone in the UK familiar with this TT and its progress? Knowing that
Dialynx ran a Sport quattro at the 0-100-0 MPH run last year and did the
run in something like 11-13 seconds, I'm very keen on seeing where this
TT will end up. :)
