Rotating tires on a '92 100

I usually put the jackstands under the steel plates that are a little
farther toward the center of the car. They are bent down on both sides
about 1". Kind of like a shallow piece of channel stock. In front and
back, they are a little farther towards the front of the car than the
jacking point. I have had the car sitting on jackstands under these points
before, and always felt good about it. I have had the car up on all 4
before(for about a week, in fact), and never had a problem. Some people on
the list may have other opinions, but that's how I do it. Just look under
the car and you should see them. If I remember correctly, they are silver
colored.(Maybe not)?

This really is a silly question, I want to rotate the tires on my car,
and I'm not quite sure where to put the jack stands.

The jack is, of course, the weirdest thing I've seen and it has a
unique contact point with a specific mounting spot under the car. The
contact point is a long dome shape, and the mounting spot is designed
to accept that shape only.

Once I get the car up on the jack, I don't really see anyplace safe to
put the jack stand.

There's GOT to be somebody on the list that has done this with a C4
