UrQ Advice wanted

As most of you know I will be bringing my 85 UrQ out to the west coast
as my daily driver. Since Im selling the v8, Ill want to do some things
to the UrQ to make it more...fun.
So Im looking for advice on what I can do with it...right now its
practically stock, but still a hoot.
Here are the things Im looking for advice on:
-rs2 turbo or sport turbo? Whats the difference? What would I expect to
get out of each one?
-Stebro or scorpion?
-Should I put in a cam? Is there a gain if I use a hotter turbo?

What would I expect for total hp/torque if I change all of the above.
Seems like I can get sport turbos and rs2 turbos but no info is posted
on them, so I dont know what to expect.  Any help greatly appreciated..
