1995 90Q Fuel Filter

I am in the process of trying to Change the Fuel filter on my 90Q, but am
having a 
difficult time determining where it is and how to get at it.

I believe I have found it sitting in between the Gas tank and the body in a
very small 
place on the passenger side front side of the tank, seemingly impossible to
get at.  If I 
am right this looks a hell of lot harder than my old 4000's I used to have.

Can someone tell me actually where it is and how to get at it.
