90 80q suspension noise[long]

Hey guys, I'm still in search of the "suspension gremlin". 
History...90 80q with koni adjustables (fronts for now, rears coming in October), Eibachs (all-around), 15 x 7 with 42 offset. Noise comes from the rebound of the suspension?
Update...jack up the car and let the suspension hang (rotating tires), drop the car and drive, NO NOISE. The next day noise is back?
Questions? Could I possibly have koni's that are not properly valved for the drop from the Eibachs?
I am really looking at the Eibachs for the problem, due to the fact that the rear of the car is the noisiest? (remember the rear has the Eibachs with OEM Dampers right now).
Knowing that you guys would really have to see the car to diagnose, I guess I'm searching for your ideas and thoughts.
