Wouldn't go faster then 85 mph!!

I have a 87 4000s and It refuse to past 82-85 mph, depending on the road
level. It hesitate sometimes making an putt - putt sound. And now that the
weather is changing it a miracle if it will just start up in the morning. I
suspect the fuel injection, but I need to figure it out soon before it get
really cold.
