Wanted - 92-94 100CS Quattro Automatic

Hi list...I may have posted this item before, but now it's become urgent.  My
friend & colleague lost the transmission in his 92 Olds 88 right in front of
my office the other day.   He is not planning to repair it and has previously
decided he wanted the above item to replace it.  Because he can't (or won't
learn) to drive stick, it has to be an automatic; because I did too good a
job singing the praises of quattro, esp. up here in the mountains of W.
Mass., he wants that too.  Anyone know of such an item for sale?  He is not
particularly keen to travel great distances, but there are ways around that!
