I've got one here fresh off my 4kq. The dims are as follows (with some bad
ASCII art :)

 _|-----A----|
 | |________    __
 | |                |     |
|| |                |`|   B
|| |                |,|   |
 | |________|   _|_
 | |                  |
 |-|                  |
 C                  |
|------D------|

A = 29.01mm (length of metal sleeve that gets pressed into the arm)
B = 37.15mm (diameter of metal sleeve)
C = 5.75mm (thickness of collar, including rubber)
D = 44.10mm (length of metal bushing/sleeve for the bolt)

The sleeve that goes through the bushing has an inner diameter of 10mm.

Stock is. I've seen folks with other Delrin setups using brass, easier to
machine.

My metal bushings were most definitely a press fit.

P.S. How much for a set?!?! I'm very interested. I was going to make my own,
but the fellow I knew with the lathe equipment moved to the other side of
the country! :(

HTH!
