5000 and 100 window compatible??

Hi all,

I called a few junkyards to find a replacement for my 89 Audi 100 rear 
right pass window. One place has an 86 5000, and they're gonna sell the 
window for $16. But I gotta take it out myself.
Second place has it for $50 to take out, or $85 installed. Which do you 
think is a better deal?
My concern with the 1st place is, I might not have the tools to do it 
(they're not gonna lend me any), and how hard is it to put a new window in?

Currently my tools are screwdrivers (flat and phillips), a plier, 12 set of 
metric wreches, and a 24 mm socket, hehehe, do I need anything else??
