Hardly any rally mags in the shops here. There are a few Audi-specific 
titles you might be able to get a hold of, provided you can find a decent 
newsstand in a larger city-
Audi Driver (UK magazine, history and new cars)
Audi Scene (German magazine, brand new this month, nice Audi rally history 
and DTM articles)
Gute Fahrt (German magazine, Audi and VW news, new car tests)
VW/Audi Spezial (German magazine, mostly tuning-related)

There are several VW-related titles (VW Scene, WOB, Performance VW) which 
include some Audi items every now and then.
