What is this?

That is a sweet car.  I have a few pics of it.  I watched him race Mt. Escutney
in 1998, and I did a fam run in my bosses GTI.  Pretty sweet.  I would love to
run in the hill climbs, I actualy joined the Killington Sports Car Club, but for
some reason, my wife won't let me run the family car in it.
