Spring Shock combo for 91 200

I'm finally getting around to the suspension - from what I can gather
the H&R springs seem the best combination of mild lowering and improved
handling for the 200. Correct? (knowing this is subjective, let me state
that my intention is not a "boy racer" application. Better handling -
less wallow, better road feel but still predominantly a passenger car)

So which shocks should I get?  Boge or Bilstein?
