87.5 Coupe GT air box questions

On the 87.5 Coupe GT, can a cone filter set-up replace the stock
air-box?  If so, who sells this kit?

If a cone filter conversion is not possible, what is the K&N air
filter # for this box?  There seems to be some confusion on
parts sites like wrenchead.com as to which filter fits this NG
coupe engine.  Where should I get these and other
replacement/performance parts for this car from?
