    I hate to post these kind of warnings, but be weary of buying from
autotoys.com. A little less than six months ago I purchased a Clarion head
unit through them, somewhat because I knew that Clarion had a lifetime
warranty. Now that my head unit has developed a problem with the loading
mechanism, Autotoys.com will not try and work with me on getting it either
fixed or swapped out for a new one. This company has no sense of customer
service, and will forget you as soon as they can. Quite simply they don't
care about their customers. If you do order from them, make sure that you've
got the right part, and that you won't have any problems with it, because if
something does happen you're up the creek next to me.


At least that's my opinion.
