[V6-12v] Instrument cluster dead: update and help

Thank Karl,

Since have not changed any bulb and that all fuses are of correct amp, there
is for sure some shorts somewhere. As mentionned, I will start by looking at
the harness in the truck and at the reserve light wiring.
