Exhaust, vaccum, electrical...what is it now

Okay, last weekend installed the sjm 1.8 spring and
chip, and the car was able to hit 1.9 bar no problem
(and find the fuel cutoff)....probably the spring is
to tight considering the free flow exhaust (with a now
cracked manifold). go to move the car to the garage
to check this out, and it wont start.
after lots of inspection, found a bad electrical
connection near the distributor, and noticed that the
end of the vaccum line to the wastegate is cracked,
replace both, turn the key, and victory (or so i
thought). so to my current problem and question:
right now the car runs fine, but holding it to the
floor in third i never see anything above 1.6bar (vs
before all this promptly hitting 1.9 and quickly
finding the fuel cuttoff multiple times), in 1st &
2nd, if i push real hard i can see 1.5~1.6 (used to be
1.7~1.8), is this caused by the exhaust manifold, the
vaccum line replacement, what?
Someone please help, i am ripping my hair out, and
have no clue
