0-60mph  (0-100kph for us) is a nasty way to test a quattro,  iIt
involves high revs and dumped clutches.  Your time is directly
proportional to how badly you treat your drivetrain.
A better test would be perhaps 3rd gear from 2000rpm to redline,
or thereabouts.  Of course it is hard to compare to other cars
but good for before and after results for modifications.
