Looking for good shop for repair/refinishing wheels

Greetings listers:

Any shops to recommend or to avoid.

Anyone have experience with AAA Rims (on list) to pass on?
How about Foster Wheel Service in Seattle WA or
Factory Direct in Lynnwood WA?

What can I expect to pay for truing, lip repair and powder coat paint/clear
coat?

Local shop mentioned a "TrueLine" or such in CA that was advertised in HotVW
Mag and charges only $50 for true and cosmetic repair/polish, but I can't
track them down.
