rear seat removal...

Listers,
Trying to figure out how to remove the rear seat backrest out of a 5k. I 
thought it would be fairly easy but I cannot figure out where it is bolted 
up at. I assumed it was from inside the trunk but cannot see any attachment 
points. Bentley makes it look like all you need to do is remove the 
headreasts and it will flip right out...? Is this the rightway? Also looks 
like there are some tabs on the bottom of the seat that need to be unbent to 
release the bottom portion of the backrest...any help is appreciated.
