I5 Head to Block Fitting Advice Please

Thanks for the info, appreciate that. All seemed to go according to plan and
my rebuilt head is now on the block correctly screwed down. I used Javad's
idea if the old head bolts only i ground down the head of the bolt on my
bench grinder to give a slightly longer bolt that i could get out with my
fingers.

  There should be a couple of little tabs that hold the gasket in place
located
  on the block. This will also help to line up the head.
  As far as torquing procedures, the procedure in the Bentley allows the
"warp"
  to be "pushed" out the ends of the head, kinda like when you push the air
out
  from under the covers when you make your bed!
