Wow, that changes everything, the Honduran Government has approved it,
where do I send my money?  I think it would have been more difficult to
get Haitian government approval, any bets on whether a Liberian Ship
Registry is already approved....
With some Mega-Hotels costing upwards of 2.5 billion U$, and Eagle class
cruise ships costing over 800 million U$, Yeah, OK, like I said, where do
I send my investment dollars....

On an Audi note, by the time this project gets a champagne across it's
bow, Audi will be offering a flagship model that does 3000 miles an
hour...vertically.
