More Diesel Ranting (LAC)

Since Steve J. and I live within earshot of I-20 on
the western edge of ATL., we both probably went to
sleep last night with the lullaby of Jake Brakes on
the hundreds of Diesel Semis that headed in or out of
'bama last night.  It was reasonably warm here and we
slept with open windows.

But I digressed...the issue with Diesels seem to be
confined to passenger cars.  Light & Medium truck
owners seem to have good Diesel engine options here in
the US...I think once again that GM did it to us 15~20
years ago.

I think it's money and nervous German marketing types.

OAC-Audi AG produces cars with Diesel engines.  They
are not sold in the US.  Some on the list would like
to see that changed.
