<<The windows went down and won't go back up. We changed out a known "good"
regulator control and power window relay from another quat. No joy. So I
checked voltage. 13.2 volts at the battery terminal, but only 10.5 volts at
the yellow relay for the windows. We're losing voltage somewhere. So,
what/where is the likely culprit?>>
OK, that's not a bug, it's a feature. Once we depressed the switch for a
window the voltage went to about 12.5 or so. So the voltage drop is not as
bad as I thought.
The windows have been operating slowly for the past few weeks. Today they
went down but have refused to go back up. Based on the Bentley the wires are
all in place as they should be. Any chance the window switch-lock could be
part of the problem? Normally it only has an effect on the back, but I've
seen stranger things happen.
Thanks, all.
